DR.MUNA MUYABALA Born in Zambia in 1961, the author has a Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences (DCMS), a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (BSc HB), a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB), a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and a postgraduate Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Registrar (MMed (O&G)I training from the University of Zambia (UNZA). Dr Munachitombwe – Muna moved to the Kingdom of Swaziland in late 2000. In the course of his clinical work the author became aware that the reactive approach of medical and nursing practice cannot control let alone end sickness. He recognised that from 1981 the world has entered an era of incurable illnesses. He realized that a Medical Doctor is an Educator, who looks after the sick under his direct care and the well in the community where he leaves and beyond.
