Born in Zambia in 1961, the author has a Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences (DCMS), a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (BSc HB), a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB), a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and a postgraduate Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Registrar (MMed (O&G)I training from the University of Zambia (UNZA). Dr Munachitombwe – Muna moved to the Kingdom of Swaziland in late 2000. In the course of his clinical work the author became aware that the reactive approach of medical and nursing practice cannot control let alone end sickness. He recognised that from 1981 the world has entered an era of incurable illnesses. He realized that a Medical Doctor is an Educator, who looks after the sick under his direct care and the well in the community where he leaves and beyond. That such a doctor is concerned about the spiritual, physical, and mental well-being of people and spreads this threefold knowledge for the welfare of humanity. To meet this responsibility he registered a private company called MUNA Healthlife Consultancy in 2004 that now runs a Healthlife Institute to provide consultancy, training, and research in HEALTHLIFE, a word Dr Muna coined from the words HEALTH and LIFE and defined it as Total whole person well-being - well-being in Spirit, Body, and Mind (SBM). Dr Muna believes that these three primary realms that make up a human being have each a specific function in solving the human challenges of Sin, Sickness, and Poverty (SSP). The three dimensions are also complementary to each other which should be recognised in order to achieve sustainable human wellness promotion. Proper capacity development of the SBM will lead to Spiritual health, Physical health, and Financial health (SPF) which helps in the face of increased lawlessness, chronic incurable illnesses, and poverty. The problem right now is ignorance of the true knowledge and practice that develop the capacity of SBM. He has written books to spread this Healthlife concept. The Author’s MUNA Healthlife Institute now trains Healthlife Counselors, Healthlife Educators, and Healthlife Entrepreneurs as Biopsychospiritual service providers to human beings to restore harmonious functioning of the SBM that promotes SPF to end SSP. In the author’s view Healthlife is Human Wellness Promotion for Human Capacity Development that provides the framework for sustainable development in line with the approved UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

How would it be if we all were taught in the homes, churches, schools, and at workplaces that the real important part of our productive existence is the use of our minds (the brain and the spirit in man)? And if this use of the mind was related to and controlled by our purpose for living how different our existence would be. For a long time humanity has talked about business and entrepreneurship in abstract terms with much confusion. People have been left wondering and guessing how real wealth and money is created. Everyone has given his views citing real estate, stocks, businesses, internet, etc. as means to financial independence. Is that true? As a result of this confusion, the school systems have produced employees, people who live to earn rather than true wealth creators people who have lives that earns. The truth has been proved over and over in that those who failed to be confused by the school systems of the world have actually made it into the natural and simple schools of life and have blessed mankind with their inventions and innovations. This observation alone should make us realize that there is something not right with our current approach in educating people for a productive life. Poverty has plugged mankind for millennia with little progress to end it. This book unmasks all the mysteries about how to make money legally, how to spend it wisely, and how to save it intelligently. It provides true financial literacy and financial intelligence in simple terms for all people. What a world we would all live in if all of us were to know how wealth is truly created. All crime and falsehood as a means of getting money would disappear and all people would enjoy being creative for the benefit of all. To help all humanity realize this opportunity which is available, accessible and affordable to all mankind is the purpose for which this book was written. Reading this book and acquiring training in its content will develop capacity for one to be a Healthlife Entrepreneur or/and Financial Health Educator for businesses and organizations.
